POWERED BY FLEX SUITE

Stop playing payroll whack-a-mole across states

Different pay rates per site? Workers bouncing between states? Flex Suite handles the compliance landmines so you can actually sleep at night.

Put tax compliance on autopilot

Flex Suite automatically handles:

Remote I-9, e-verify and W-4 collection during onboarding

Tax filings and calculations across all 50 states

Worker classification with multiple EIN support

Tax form prompts when workers enter new jurisdictions

No more spreadsheet gymnastics. No more missed filings.

Handle every leave law, even the tricky ones

Create unlimited leave policies—FMLA, PTO, sick time, plus those oddball local requirements that keep you up at night. Set different rules for different worker groups and locations, then let the system handle compliance automatically.

No more wondering if you’ve covered that one city ordinance or specific contractor rule.

Stop double-entering timesheet data

Whether your data lives in spreadsheets, scheduling software, or time-tracking apps just upload it or connect with our APIs. Flex Suite automatically converts raw time clock punches into accurate gross wages:

Fix mistakes fast, keep workers happy

Mistakes happen. Flex Suite lets you correct payroll even after the pay period closes.

Change hours, adjust pay rates, change garnishments, add or delete time entries—all from your laptop or phone. Manage over-payments and pay out missing wages from under-payments immediately.

The system automatically updates pay stubs to show what changed and the repayment details, keeping your records compliant and audit-ready.

Build the reports you need in minutes

Create custom payment reports with total flexibility. Filter, sort, and organize data to fit your specific workflows. Run up to a year of data without timeouts or waiting for support to pull numbers for you.

Save reusable templates, favorite the ones you use most, and get email notifications when reports are ready. Export everything as CSV or Excel, not clunky PDFs.

Onboarding+ Premium tier

The part of Flex Suite that gets workers to their first paycheck faster

Remote I-9. E-Verify. Credentials. Custom documents. All inside Everee.

Onboarding+ lives inside Everee, so workers complete onboarding in the same app where they'll get paid. No second login. No second tool. No manual handoffs.

What it does:

  • Remote I-9 verification — Section 2 done from anywhere, by an authorized representative, no in-office requirement
  • E-Verify on autopilot — cases get created and tracked automatically as I-9s come through
  • License and credential verification — RN, LPN, BLS, ACLS, CDL, MA, EMT, and any custom credential your workforce needs. Expiration dates tracked automatically.
  • Custom document packages with variable fields — build assignment contracts, NDAs, policy acknowledgments, and equipment receipts once, then generate worker-specific versions on the fly with variable fields like rate, dates, and end-client
  • Structured signature workflows — documents get signed in the right order, every time
  • Secure document storage — every signed document and verified credential stored with a compliant audit trail, retrievable in seconds
  • Audit-ready by design — built against the federal standards in 8 C.F.R. § 274a.2(e)–(i): required-field enforcement, complete audit trails, compliant e-signatures, correction tracking, and proper retention
"We have workers across the country picking up different types of shifts at variable rates. It’s a lot to manage but Everee makes it easy. The Flex Suite ensures payroll is quick, compliant and accurate, especially when juggling many clients and working across state lines. I’m grateful we found a payroll partner that’s tailored to the needs of gig workforces and staffing in any landscape.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does leave and PTO policy management work in Flex Suite?
Flex Suite’s Leave Policy Tool lets companies run multiple leave policies at once — sick, FMLA, vacation, or custom types — each with its own accrual rate, waiting period (e.g., no accrual until 90 days after hire), rollover rules, and eligibility. Admins can enroll workers into different policies by department, state, or worker classification, and balances show up automatically on pay stubs.
Workers complete onboarding through Everee’s mobile or web app and can go from invite to fully payable in minutes, not days. Tax forms are generated automatically based on the worker’s actual home and work addresses, so hiring someone in a new state doesn’t require manual setup; remote and multi-state hires onboard the same way as anyone else, with no admin needed onsite. I-9s can be verified remotely with an authorized representative. For high-volume hiring pushes, admins can also bulk-onboard large batches of workers at once via template upload.
Standard onboarding collects I-9 information, federal and state tax forms, and policy acknowledgments, but doesn’t run automatic E-Verify. Onboarding+ automates E-Verify, so companies that need to electronically confirm a new hire’s work eligibility with DHS/SSA can do it in the same onboarding flow instead of running it as a separate process. Onboarding+ also includes remote I-9 verification via authorized representatives and custom document packages, so workers can virtually complete all paperwork (credentialing, contracts, etc.) needed for their assignments.
Yes, with Onboarding+, new hires can complete Section 1 from any device, while an authorized representative (for instance, a family member or colleague) is guided through Section 2 to verify identity documents—no HR team on-site required. Built-in compliance checks, secure document storage, audit trails, and optional E-Verify integration help reduce errors, streamline onboarding, and keep every I-9 audit-ready.
Multi-state payroll means calculating the correct federal, state, local, and reciprocal tax withholding based on where work is actually performed — not just where the company is registered or where the worker lives. Everee’s tax engine applies the correct jurisdiction’s rules automatically as workers clock in across states, and handles the associated filings, rather than requiring an admin to manually configure each new state.
Yes — Everee runs W-2 and 1099 payments through the same platform and the same payroll workflow, rather than requiring two separate systems. Workers can be classified as W-2 (salary, hourly, statutory employee) or 1099 (individual or business entity), and Everee handles the different tax treatment, withholding, and year-end forms (W-2 vs. 1099-NEC/1099-K) for each automatically.
Overtime rules vary by state — some require daily overtime, others only weekly, and rates can differ by jurisdiction. Everee’s time and payroll system applies both federal and state overtime rules automatically based on where the hours were worked, whether time is entered through Everee’s timeclock, imported in bulk, or sent in via API, so admins don’t have to manually track which state’s rule applies to which shift.
Everee supports workers who work for more than one employer, and within a single employer, supports workers clocking shifts at multiple locations or assignments in the same pay period — each can carry its own pay rate, workers’ comp code, and tax jurisdiction. Payroll then calculates correctly across all of those shifts in a single pay run rather than requiring separate manual entries per location.
Corrections can still be made after a pay period closes. Everee supports paid bulk time and shift corrections after time has been paid, one-time/off-cycle payments to true up an error, and, for 1099 contractors specifically, year-end adjustments to nonemployee compensation and reimbursement totals that flow into the correct tax year. Admins handle most corrections directly.
